The lives of the ancestors have followed the same paths, both mentally and physically. Like the West African nomads herding their cattle freely, we can hike and be open to the wonders of life. We can free ourselves from the circles of negative human destinies. Feeling the deep roots through the soles of the bare feet, I see liberation appearing from the middle of the fog as the path marked by the red thread of life.
